Conundrum Coffee

We were very happy that we were early for our pet adoption appointment. Because we were able to check out Conundrum Coffee & have a delicious cup of fresh roasted and brewed coffee. I had the Steamed Oat Willie which was so warm & creamy & hit the spot. I usually get a London Fog when we are getting coffee, so this was the perfect fit for me. My partner had the nitro cold brew & a shot of espresso. Both really were delicious. It was so fun to be able to see the back where they do all their roasting & canning line of the nitro cold brew! We will definitely be back when we have some free time to do a proper flight tasting!

What a gem! Small shop focused on cold brew cause that’s their business, but the latte was one of the best I’ve had in a while. The barista is super friendly and a professional in coffee art. Great views of the mountains. Coffee lovers, do not miss this shop!

A cute little cold brew bar. I tried the cold brew flight and it was a fun and creative way to try new cold brews. Conundrum is also located slightly outside of the busy areas of Northern Colorado meaning there isn't much of a wait time either. It's also fun to be able to see their roastery which is in the same building, and there are vey comfortable seats to have a quick morning meeting or to get some work done.

Espresso is A+. My daughter and I love coming here! She gets her coffee(ice) and I enjoy a Cortado. Very clean tasting room and the baristas are kind. We call Conundrum our hidden gem.
