Viva Espresso & Coffee

I went into this Cafe on December 11th and attempted to order a caramel frappacino. Before I ordered, I asked the counter person if they had milk substitute. They confirmed they had almond and oat milk. So, I ordered the frap with almond milk no whip and provided my debit card for payment. The person came back 5 minutes later and stated he could not make my drink because they didn't have any almond or oat milk at the moment. He said he would reverse the charge on my card and issue a refund. As of this date, Dec 16th I have not received my refund. I have called the number on the receipt which is disconnected. I have called the number for the website and have not been able to speak with anyone. This very inconvenient that I will have to drive all the way back to this establishment that I do not live by to engage about this charge. You should know what you have to sell before selling it. After this transaction is resolved I will not be going back!

The horchata latte combo w/ the meal of the day for $5 the Turkey BLT was delicious 🤌🏽😍 reasonable prices. Will be back!

What a cute little joint. The vibe is great and the drinks were amazing. It's was the best blended chai I've had in years. 100x better than starbucks or dunkin. The service was excellent.

It was my first time eating here with my niece. The staff is super friendly and nice! The place is so clean and pretty. My niece ate the egg croissant and I loved the chicken panini. The caramel frappe super tasty. 👌 I totally recommend!.

My daughter got an iced coffee with vanilla. I got a Sunset, which was a strawberry, banana, and pineapple smoothie. It was so good that I got a another smoothie: a Tropic, which was an orange, mango, and pineapple smoothie. Both were amazing. Then my daughter decided she wanted a chocolate muffin. It was extremely rich; there was absolutely no air in this muffin. But here’s the best part: the gentleman at the register offered to heat up the muffin and he brought it to our table with some butter. OMG we were in heaven. I highly recommend this quaint little restaurant.
