Crema's Take

Bayt Al Mocha brings a genuinely warm, welcoming vibe to Louisville with espresso drinks that justify the investment and a rotating selection of Middle Eastern pastries—think flaky baklava, za'atar pita, and samosas alongside buttery croissants that are actually worth warming up. The staff clearly cares about both their craft and their customers, creating the kind of comfortable, spacious spot where you can linger over coffee and conversation without feeling rushed.

The beef taquito and salsa is great. Nice kick of heat. Salsa also goes well on the cheese croissant. Washed down with a great americano.

Amazing Coffee, prices are a little steep but I don't really mind it as much as I like the place. Workers have been chill and the food looks AMAZING (although I haven't tried any)

The workers were very kind and insightful, and the food and coffee was amazing, the baklava was flaky and glorious, the croissant was soft and warm, and the strawberry pistachio thing was also great and made when we ordered it. Also the coffee I ordered had the perfect spice level.

There were so many tempting treats to choose from! I ordered the almond croissant and the chocolate croissant and had them warmed up. Unfortunately, after being heated in the microwave, they turned out a bit chewy. I’d love it if they could be warmed in an oven instead—it would make the texture crispier and enhance the flavor even more!

Varied bakery selection (walnut baklava, zatar pita, onion and cheese roll, chicken samosa) Spacious, and varied seating. I met the manager Mo, who on seeing I had not finished an item, insisted my satisfaction was his goal and immediately replaced it another choice. **Please feel free to ask the staff for a different item if it is not to your taste. There are many choices including gluten free options. Love this about local shops.
