Crema's Take

This understated Fort Worth gem punches well above its appearance with genuinely creative seasonal drinks like their cult-favorite Bad Santa alongside perfectly executed classics like cortados and matcha lattes. The intimate space buzzes with the energy of regulars and newcomers alike, drawn in by flawless pastries—croissants that are consistently described as fresh and flaky—and a thoughtful menu that balances traditional espresso drinks with signature creative offerings. It's the kind of nondescript neighborhood spot that rewards exploration, ideal for a slow sit or meeting up with friends over standout coffee and tea.

My first time here was in December 2024, and I ordered one of their seasonal drinks, Bad Santa, and my acquaintance ordered Chai latte. I truly liked their Bad Santa, which included their signature brown sugar-bourbon syrup and house-made vanilla and I can't forget the espresso. It was perfect. 5/5. My acquaintance loved her Chai latte 5/5. My most recent visit was on Saturday, February 7, 2026. I had one of their seasonal drinks, white chocolate mocha. It was good, just the perfect balance of espresso and their in-house white chocolate. 4.5/5 I also stopped by on July 22, 2025, and I had one of their seasonal drinks, Blushing Matcha. It was good, I could actually taste the matcha, unlike other places where it just tastes like sweet milk or just plain milk. 4.5/5 There have been other times I've stopped by but can't recall the exact dates. I wish I checked in those times or took pictures as reference, but just a reminder for me to check in everywhere I go. The interior has a few tables and a little corner on the left side next to the motorcycle, and it has three small round tables. Perfect for a meeting, study session, work, reading, or just catch up. The few times I've stopped by, their customer service has been great. If you have yet to check them out, I recommend you do.

Good coffee and great service. The seating area is a little small so it’s hard to find a spot to sit. But this is a great little spot for coffee.

Don’t be fooled by this nondescript coffee shop in a part of Fort Worth where you might not expect one… Flat Track Coffee Company is a solid coffee shop experience. Tried the cortado and also an apple crisp (half sweet, as I always get my flavored lattes) and was not disappointed. The cortado was a top-quality drink, and the presentation was the best I’ve seen. The flavor was excellent, and the side of mineral water was a great pairing. But the extra touch of a square of dark chocolate on the stirring spoon is what hooked me. The apple crisp latte, even half sweet, still had a delicious, rich flavor, making it the perfect choice for a fall drink. The fun, on-theme interior added to the whole vibe. From the friendly service to the presentation to the flavor, the whole experience was just what I wanted, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area!

This is such a cute little spot! The matcha was perfect, and the lavender latte was just as good. We tried two croissants and both were absolutely flawless—fresh, flaky, and delicious. The shop is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has plenty of outlets plus a couple of cozy spots for getting work done. A great place to relax or be productive!

Great decor, but the mocha and Matcha just did not taste great at all, and honestly the staff could use some re-training. Your staff and how they treat customers, especially first time customers, really makes a difference between if they’ll ever consider returning or not and we don’t plan on returning. They were quick but, unwelcoming, uninviting, and unhelpful. The price point for the quality of drinks that I got was not impressive. The Matcha and other cups don’t fit in the cupholder well and the Matcha spilled everywhere. Overall, it was just really disappointing. The mocha tasted like melted chocolate and water. The to go lid wasn’t secure, thankfully I caught that beforehand. The iced mocha was practically all ice and still gritty somehow.
