Obey The Crave

This Sunday, my husband and I had the pleasure of savoring delectable cuisine at CRAVE, situated off Main Street in downtown Greenville. When I describe the food as exceptional, I mean it in the most emphatic sense. The vegan options were so convincing that I questioned whether they were indeed vegan. I specifically asked my waitress if she had prepared my eggs with real eggs. The salmon patties were remarkable, with tender flakes of salmon, and the seafood sauce was outstanding. My husband, who was initially famished, thoroughly enjoyed his smoked wings and beef brisket tips without any complaints regarding dryness, seasoning, or any other aspect. He even got to try a jerk sauce, which was a nice touch given his preference for non-sweet flavors. The portions were generous, and we took some food home for dinner, relishing every last bite. The chef personally came out to greet us and showed us his appearance on Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay.

Crave is a Black-owned restaurant tucked away in Downtown Greenville and absolutely worth the visit. We arrived around 8:30 a.m. — reservations are definitely recommended. The service was great, and the food was even better. We tried the Brisket Benedicts, Brisket & Eggs, Peach Cobbler Waffles, and Salmon Croquettes with grits. Every dish was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience and can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

Great service and food! My family came together to celebrate my Brother's birthday. I had the lobster biscuit and a plain waffle on the side. Both very delicious. Everything was delicious 😋. My entire family cleaned their plates! Our server, Taurus was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Celebrated my early 47 bday dinner here at crave today with my loving family. Heard great things about this restaurant and it definitely did not disappoint. Taurus our server was so polite and attentive. Bar tender made all the cocktails and flights with excellence! Had a wonderful time and a joyous experience here at crave . Highly recommend the French toast and the jerk chicken. And the lobster biscuits and shrimp and grits ! Crave is a must !!

Good food, good vibe, good time. 💯 We had a wonderful time at your restaurant today. The food was great. The service was amazing and our server was so patient with us. We were a large group and often times they are difficult to serve. She handled it well. Management was accommodating, and in the midst of a busy time met our needs and made us feel welcome. It is located in that beautiful area of Greenville that is walking distance from the waterfall. So we walked that way afterwards. The restrooms were clean and the wait wasn’t long for our food despite the variety of items on the menu, our varied choices and the varied amounts or time necessary for food preparation.
