Crema's Take

This Fort Worth spot punches above expectations as a hotel lobby cafe that's genuinely worth seeking out on its own merits, especially if you catch their excellent omelets or the meatballs that keep regulars raving. The breakfast buffet and comfort food sandwiches (think perfectly melting Reubens and crispy fries) suggest a kitchen that takes care with execution, while the warm hospitality from staff like Mai and Vicky creates that rare feeling of being looked after rather than just processed through. It's a leisurely place to settle in over coffee and a meal, ideal for meeting a friend or lingering over breakfast without pretension.

Weird to see the other reviews. We ate lunch here, got the Reuben and philly cheesesteak wrap. Crazy good!!! Meat was like melt in your mouth, fries were crispy and tasted great. Soooo surprised cause I figured, ya know, it's in the lobby. Great service from the wait staff, quiet, and they have outlets at all the tables if you're a workaholic. I see the breakfast is hit and miss for reviews, I'll post tomorrow what I find. So far, I totally recommend this place. UPDATE: Supper was pretty good, not as great as lunch but for sure good food. Drinks were weak, but they aren't from the restaurant as much as the attached bar.. Breakfast is.. ExPenSivE. I mean i get it may be good food, but I can't justify $30 for a couple eggs and pancake and sausage.. I just stopped by iHop for the $6 meal since I was leaving anyhow.

Breakfast buffet was simple with limited variety. The food and arrangement were very good. Everything was kept fresh and well stocked. Enjoyed a good breakfast meal.

Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Literally anything else would be better. I know it’s a hotel lobby restaurant but my goodness the food was terrible! It’s as if they only have a microwave and no idea how to use one. Stay away at all costs!

Great stay at Hilton Fort Worth. The hospitality at Herb N Kitchen from Mai and the best omelet I’d ever eaten prepared by Vicky will keep me coming back!
