“Where’s the coffee at?” I traveled in from New Jersey this week for business, I wanted something in town on University Ave, to enjoy Gainesville at its roots! I came across “Twist Coffee & Cocktails” and it was just right. Gabriel, a native to the community, was the best at communication. A younger gentlemen to give you the best drinks and insights to the area and its surroundings. My drinks were made exactly balanced, and the charisma and atmosphere were neutral and welcoming! I had a double espresso latte with in-house Hibiscus Berry , followed with two Tequila orange twists… might I say, what a way to start my day! The motel attached has been completely renovated and it is such a great environment! New ownership has definitely flipped the script on this place and when I come in town for business, this is where you can find me. Thanks Gabriel, for the laughter and love while my stay here! Keep flipping drinks and you’ll be the first stop for everyone headed towards downtown!

Great coffee, good vibes. I got an espresso and latte. Coffee is local and delicious! Whether you’re staying at the hotel or looking for a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend.
