Coco Bomb
2379 Ulric St, San Diego, CA
Crema's Take
“This San Diego gem transforms casual coffee runs into full sensory experiences, especially with their signature coconut-based creations—think ice cream sundaes served in fresh coconut shells and tropical drinks topped with fresh mango and coconut. The intimate space somehow always finds room for lingering conversations, backed by carefully curated music and a genuinely patient staff that makes families and groups feel genuinely welcomed rather than rushed. Whether you're after a creative specialty drink, buttery pastries, or their beloved cold brew, Coco Bomb feels more like a beloved neighborhood spot than a typical coffee shop.”

Walked here from Linda Vista park for something to drink. Its a cute location with fun decorations. My daughter loved her Pink Drink with boba🧋I had the Iced Latte which was okay. Loved the marketing 👌
This place is always welcoming and delicious 😋 it is a smaller location but somehow we always end up with a seat. Everyone who works there is so patient and polite. Love the ice cream Sunday and the whole coconut water that once you are done they open your coconut and you can eat the meat. This place has turned me into a coconut addict! Also I love the mobile cocobomb! Catch them at you local farmers market
Many people on Red Note recommended this place. So we took our two ice cream lovers to this place to have a try. It was a blast! Tried coconut sundae with vanilla, chocolate and coconut ice cream scoops first (very traditional and safe choices made by my kids, ;)), and couldn't help ordering another sundae with three other flavors, mango, thai iced tea and pandan. All flavors were yummy!!! The only thing was the parking. Limited parking space even though we arrived around the closing time. But it is easy to walk in, grab your food and go. Highly recommended!!
Really good experience. It felt super home-y, the food/desserts were great. I was able to take with me the coconut container in which the item was place. The coconut was super fresh, included in slices, so if you are into coconut, I highly recommend trying Coco Bomb. The interior design was unique and also added to the vibe of being artisanal and home-like. Good workmanship and service.
