Too Soul Tea

One of my favorite work spaces in Reno. I have loved tea since I was a kid, and I absolutely adore how much variety they have in their offerings. Lovely little spot!

Great selection of teas and they are all flavorful. Customer service is amazing! So glad to have found this gem after receiving a bag after my treatment at Spa at Atlantis! I visit Reno often and this is my new favorite place to have tea!!

Great menu, great customer service and a friendly environment. Went in to get something for my sister that just had her baby and the barista was so kind and helpful (even gave a sample bag in case she liked what I got her)

I ordered an apple spice and vanilla bean tea with coconut milk, expecting it to be creamy and rich. When I asked if they could make it with coconut milk instead of water, they told me they couldn’t but reassured me that it would still be creamy. It wasn’t. They made it with water and just added some coconut milk on top, so it turned out thin, watery, and completely disappointing. What made it worse was the attitude. The girl was condescending, telling me “tea has water,” even though I specifically explained that I wanted it made with just coconut milk for the creaminess. They didn’t offer any other options or try to help me get what I wanted, and just shut me down. I ended up leaving the drink because it was undrinkable. If you want a genuinely creamy tea made with coconut milk, be aware that they make it half water, half milk, and won’t customize it or offer alternatives, even if you ask. Really disappointing experience.

Great place to get freshly brewed tea. The ladies running the shop was very knowledgeable in teas and help select a flavor for us to try. They brewed them quickly and we were drinking fresh teas within a couple minutes. We will stop by again next time we are visiting Reno.
