Love the decor of the place, it feels well thought out and never feels clustered. Teas are great but feel expensive, im sure their prices arent predatory but i wish the prices felt more justified versus “its organic” granted im newish to loose leaf teas so i might be missing something here. Maybe it feels that way because no one helped me when i walked in and wandered about :/ Teas taste great though, got a new peach flavor which im just dying to try.

Always a delight to be here. It's so calm and relaxing. Everyone is so kind and always smiling. I remember when it was in its smaller old location, I'm happy to see this incredible gem of rochester grow so beautifully! Mocktail night is very fun and creative!

Ive been coming here for a couple years now and let me tell you, it is hands down the best 3rd place in the city. The drinks are delicious, the people are warm and welcoming, and the vibes are vibin’. Having tea here is one of life's true delights. If Uncle Iroh were real, he would be proud!

Always a lovely experience going here. The staff are always kind, very helpful, and very educational! The tea flights, no matter the tea, are always amazing. The staff educates you on each tea you taste. I have been coming here for almost two and a half years (not as often as I would like) and continue to enjoy every experience! I've been gifted mugs, tea, and a teapot from here and they've been my favorite gifts to date. I always tell my friends, peers, and students to visit here! I look forward to my next visit.

What sets Happy Earth Tea apart is its unwavering commitment to quality and its ability to craft an experience that feels both luxurious and inclusive. A charming shop that sells in excess of 60 teas from across the globe. A huge range is available for all tastes. From black, white, oolong, loose leaf, herbal, Himalayan, green to my favourite chai tea. This is one of the few places that sell the first Flush Darjeeling Teas. What a treat. We ordered the Raspberry Spice and Assam Afternoon Tea. Both were packed with flavour and absolutely delicious. The tea shop is beautifully set out and is a perfect place to buy a gift for a loved one. From tea sets, thermoses, mugs to books. The staff are lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable. They definitely know their teas.
