Crema's Take

Pedestrian Coffee feels like the neighborhood gem it claims to be, with a genuinely welcoming vibe where baristas greet regulars with smiles and treats. They're serious about their craft—their espresso-focused menu shines through thoughtful drinks like cortados with creative milk combinations, and their single-origin beans (the Ethiopia Lalesa Natural is a standout) impress even home-roasting enthusiasts. The calm, dog-friendly space with its central island bar makes it equally suited for lingering over a laptop or catching up with friends, plus they sweeten the deal with free coffee Friday mornings.

Love having this neighborhood spot! The space is always calm and very welcoming. Coffee tastes great and they allow dogs! They always greet you with a smile and a treat and I’m really grateful to have such a great space.

First time in, great cortado, barista Aaron recommended it with coconut cream cut with oat milk. 12/10 recommend. Also super cool seating!

As a coffee aficionado with home roasting experience, I’ve visited countless coffee shops, and this one truly stands out. The Ethiopia Lalesa Natural whole beans (in the red bags) are phenomenal. It’s easily among the best beans I’ve ever purchased or brewed at home. The flavor profile is vibrant and complex, a true testament to quality sourcing and roasting. I also had the pleasure of trying the rare Ethiopia Lalesa Anaerobic while in-store. It was an unforgettable treat. If you get the chance, don’t miss it. It’s a unique experience for any coffee lover. All the other coffees and beans I've tried from Pedestrian have been top-notch as well. Beyond the exceptional coffee, the owner deserves special mention. They're genuinely kind and deeply cares about their employees’ wellness and the community. Their actions speak volumes about the values behind this business. I highly recommended for anyone who loves coffee done right!

Their free coffee Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. are totally worth it! Just be aware that there might be a bit of a line. The staff here is very nice, and there's a good amount of seating available. Their food options are also pretty good, and the location is super convenient since it's right by public transit, making it an easy stop on your commute. I'll definitely be coming back for another Friday coffee! You can choose between a small hot or iced.

Nice spot right off the square with a central island bar and plenty of seating. Shop features a decent selection of specialty drinks ontop of the normal fair. We got affogatos and both the ice cream and espresso pulls were pretty good. If you've never tired an affogato its very much worth swinging by.
