Crema's Take

This Eugene tea spot specializes in traditional loose leaf and bagged teas with a strong focus on quality herbals like their matcha offerings, though they've had some consistency issues with tea bag integrity that customers have flagged. The team moves quickly and genuinely cares about prompt service, making it a solid grab-and-go option in West Eugene despite the occasional quality control hiccup. If you're after thoughtfully sourced traditional tea drinks rather than coffee, it's worth a visit—just maybe ask staff about their current tea bag supplier before ordering.

I am a Chinese Medicine practitioner and herbalist so... I know plants and herbs. The Yogi Comforting Chamomile tea is absolutely the worst thing I have ever seen! There is no smell (like flowers) when I opened a tea packet. The contents are not the color of dried chamomile. The color, when steeped, is not a golden color at all. What little flavor there is isn't good. Overall the product is marginally better than dirt.

West Eugene already suffers a disproportionate amount of air pollution as compared to the rest of Eugene. Annually, pollution in West Eugene already accounts for 96% of toxic emissions in Eugene as a whole. This facility is dropped right in the middle of a beautiful natural wetland, destroying acres of wildlife.

Though their tea is usually quite good, the quality control measures are not. I've experienced many tea bags falling apart and the contents floating around in the cup. If I wanted a loose leaf tea I'd buy it, but I purchased this and expect the tea to stay in the bag.

Similar experience to someone else here. Tea bags were sealed into the wrapper so that each time I attempted to remove one, the bag ripped. I hope they get this issue fixed at the factory and improved their quality control.
