Crema's Take

The pistachio raspberry croissants here are legitimately excellent—flaky, delicate, and restrained with sweetness in a way that puts other local patisseries to shame. The sourdough bread and pecan pie are equally impressive, with the kind of careful baking that makes you want to grab a coffee and linger, though fair warning that hours are inconsistent and they close early most days. If you can catch them open, this is genuine French pastry done right, not the heavy, oversweetened stuff masquerading as croissants elsewhere in Frisco.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu.

Ever since I found out about this place, i had wanted to give a try so went several times only to find out they close early (3pm) or close at different times depending on the day (2pm on Sunday), which is quite annoying but my fault for not checking their hours ahead of time.…
