The hand soap in the restroom was empty and I told them to refill it, they did it very fast. Good service!
How is it that someone from maintenance gives orders and that the supervisor allows it? And they try to take advantage of the people who really work there, the more work they do, the more they treat them badly. Just because someone tries to eat and they tell them they don't do anything, they refill the things at the stations and still the maintenance man says that he has to leave everything prepared and refilled for the night crew. Probably he doesn't have the ability to write like the others, but he has the desire to work. You'll have many with the ability to write, but they'll do the work for you, madam supervisor, be more professional. And it's not necessary to yell at them if you don't want someone to work anymore, it's better to tell them directly and without humiliation.
I am not one to ever write a review but what happened tonight completely left me shocked and disappointed in the way mcdonalds lets employees treat their customers. I was extremely disappointed with the service and atmoshpere. One of the employees, i am unsure of her name but she had a toothpick in her mouth the entire time, was shockingly unprofessional. Despite the restaurant being busy, there is no excuse for the level of rudeness I witnessed. She ignored customers repeatedly, including myself, even when we were clearly trying to get her attention. At times she simply walked away instead of helping. I also saw her snatch items from customers and respond harshly to simple questions, such as verifying if the correct order was being handed out. The most concerning part was overhearing her go into the back and say, “I’m not dealing with any of that right now,” in reference to customers who were still waiting for items they had paid for, like drink cups. I visit this McDonald’s often and have never experienced anything like this, here or at any other location. No customers were acting disrespectfully toward her, yet she chose to treat people with unnecessary hostility. It was unprofessional, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable.
Great place, but every single time I order a hot* sugar free french vanilla latte here among multiple other drinks, they ALWAYS give me an iced one and I only ever notice after I've pulled away because I had 3 other drinks and multiple items of food. This time, I paid ahead on the app because my roommate and I had the Flu and I wanted none of anything I'd previously touched to be handed to the workers, so I won't be bringing the drink back for them to fix it this time. I don't think I've ever even gotten a hot latte the first time when I've ordered one, and the only time I order them is when I'm completely drained and just need to recharge, so I'm not exactly paying much attention. I admit I should definitely pay more attention, but please learn your own drink codes better. I hate iced coffee. You're still my go-to place for food and I understand that you're a Mcdonalds so I shouldn't have high standards, but holy crap this is the third time in the last 6 months.
Came home with food. Fries were thrown in bag upside down. Luckily we checked the bag and found out are sandwiches were not in the order. Went in to get our sandwiches. Drove home to find moldy bread. Called the store they said to drive back up and they would give us another sandwich. We live 20 mins away. Manager will not give out the name of the General Manager. Apparently they hide behind their employees. The picture is bad but doesn’t show how disgusting and obvious this was and should have never been given to a customer. Manager snickered multiple times and defended her actions like it was my fault. Disgusting! Should I expect more?
