I felt very well taken care of while I was there. The customer service was wonderful, the bánh mì was delicious, and the coffee was great. The staff are very sweet and friendly❤️

Nice atmosphere, good variety of Vietnamese breakfast. Large smoking area through entry; had to request to close the doors.

This is a decent place to eat. Good food, friendly staff. Just don’t order a regular Americano with cream and sugar, they don’t know what creamer is. For a place called The Coffee Factory that was a big surprise. Even so this is a very good place to eat.

Spacious coffee shop with a cozy vibe. There’s also outdoor seating available for smokers. It’s located in a plaza with plenty of parking, so it’s very convenient for meeting up with a large group of friends or family. The menu has lots of options to suit everyone’s taste. Service is super fast, and the staff always checks in to make sure we have everything we need.

Coffee Factory has been a family favorite for Coffee and Banh Mi since I was a kid! They offer delicious Vietnamese Coffee (Cafe Sua Da- add whip cream!), Banh Mi (I always order the Charbroiled Pork), and so much more. They open at 7 am and are generally busy throughout the day. Great place to socialize, enjoy a solo meal, take a date, or just grab an order to-go. Highly recommend!
