Udderly Caffeinated — New Salem’s Hidden Gem That Hits Like a Zinger First time stepping into Udderly Caffeinated, and I’m kicking myself for not coming sooner. My little brother just started a new job, so naturally I made him buy me a coffee with his first paycheck — family tradition, right? Mom came along hoping for a good laugh and a great bite, and let me tell you, we got both. The special was a club sammich with knoephla soup — and wow. That sandwich was a beast (in the best way), and the soup? Pure comfort in a bowl. Everything smelled amazing, tasted even better, and the staff nailed it with their recommendations. You can tell they care about what they serve and who they serve it to. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of character. They honor military and first responders, which means a lot — it’s the kind of place that makes you feel seen and appreciated. It’s cozy, it’s flavorful, and it’s got that small-town magic that sneaks up on you. I’m full, happy, and officially hooked. Can’t believe I live so close and never stopped in before. I’ll be back — probably dragging more family in with me next time.

One of North Dakota’s best little coffee shops! Fantastic stop along I-94 with some of the friendliest staff/owners you’ll ever meet. The coffee and smoothies are great and I highly recommend that anybody in town to see Salem Sue stop by for a treat!

Everyone that works there is amazing, always kind, welcoming, and hardworking. Hands down the BEST desserts, great lunches, amazing drinks. I have never once eaten something I didn't do "the happy dance" for. If you have not stopped in yet your missing out!! So grateful to have them in our small town area!

This was such a beautiful place to visit would definitely go back again. The workers were so nice and inviting and the owner was there as well. So nice getting to meet them. Salem Sue coffee was really good 10/10 recommend
