Smith's Cafe

The BEST and most convenient cafe here at Wake! The selection of drinks and food are amazing and there are so many different options. Drinks are always made well and taste delicious. The workers are honestly the sweetest people and work really hard to make everything taste as best as possible. The location is great and the hours are super nice, especially if you are in the library studying late. Overall, Smiths cafe is a great option here at Wake!

Smiths is best coffee shop by far. Lovely workers who are always nice. Great coffee. I come here like 3 times a day and I love it.

Tenisha and Carolinda are my absolute favorites! They make day every time I see them and their cappuccinos are absolutely to die for. Going to smiths is the highlight of my day!

The employees are consistently rude and act like they are annoyed you are even there. Many times they will not say anything at all, they just stare with their AirPods in. On top of that, when I place orders online they mark them as complete, but when I arrive they say, “Oh, sorry, we do not have that in stock.” Overall, a really frustrating experience and terrible service.

i talked to beth about my wrong order and she had the worst customer service i have ever seen. she was a short red/brown haired woman who was so rude to her employees. i’ve never seen anything like this before. the hatefulness to her employees was awful as someone who is in the service industry i couldn’t imagine talking to my employees the way she did. she made my entire experience dreadful. i used to love this shop but now i can’t support it knowing the she treats the employees this way.
