Roots Coffee Bar

Lovely place and great food. Will be back!! The atmosphere is nice here. It’s quiet enough to have a conversation and the tables are not overly packed together. The staff are all excellent and so pleasant to talk to.

Arguably the best cup of coffee I’ve had in Springfield. I usually can’t make it in on time before they close, due to my work schedule. But today I got around a bit earlier, and was more than pleasantly surprised to find that it’s a very neat place inside. The staff is super friendly. It’s peaceful. And so close to my house. I got an Irish cream latte (I never get Latte’s) but this one was perfect. Not too sweet, and sans the bitter taste of many local establishments that essentially make an americano as their coffee base. This was excellent. The staff also recommended the breakfast burrito. A great price, packed full of flavor, with a great balance of flavor. Not too greasy, and generous quality portions. Will be returning!

I've been a few times, learned about them via friend group meet up but HOLY SHIT this places black bean vegi burger is to DIE for! I got alpha gal so I can't have read meat and for the longest time if I wanted a burger my choices were either BKs impossible or make it at home. But it is so good y'all gotta try it! The coffee is amazing too. And the staff are all wonderful :)

Easily the best breakfast burrito I have ever had in my life! The pecan smoked shoulder bacon is incredible. Also the coffee rocks too! So many good flavor options.

1st time in Springfield, we found this coffee shop. Great service and atmosphere. The breakfast sandwich and burrito are a hit, and French Toast is very good. We don't usually go for such a combo, but it is good, and prices are affordable. I would try something else in the menu next time. The bacon is really good. We had hot and iced Macha teas and they were delicious. I recommend this place. Iva
