“Haymarket Catskills serves genuinely excellent coffee in a genuinely welcoming space—the kind of place where locals linger for hours and visitors immediately regret not discovering it sooner. The food is substantial and thoughtful (their chicken stew is legitimately worth the drive), the outdoor deck is perfect for summer hangs, and they've got excellent vegan and gluten-free options that actually taste good. If you're in Phoenicia looking for a reason to slow down and stay awhile, this is it.”

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, quick-grab, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly. Wifi. Parking available.

What a gem in the heart of the Catskills! Delicious and wholesome food, lovely staff and coffee is on point. Great outdoor space for the summer too.
Service was very friendly and my sandwich was great. I also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. I was so happy to see that it is open on Tuesday! 10 out of 10!
The chicken stew was amazing! Really good latte too. Very nice atmosphere - loved everything : ) Go, check it out. They might open the front of the building in the future which could be really cool with a porch.
