Crema's Take

Island Glazed is a drive-thru donut shop with a friendly staff, but multiple reviewers report the same core problem: greasy, oily donuts that taste like they're cooked in old oil, paired with an aggressive amount of sugar that overwhelms the flavor. Be aware this rating comes from only 12 reviews (too thin to be fully reliable), and one customer reported finding ants in their box—so if you decide to go, inspect carefully. At nearly $18 for half a dozen, you're paying standard donut prices for inconsistent quality.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. Quick-grab spot. Pastries on the menu. Drive-thru.

Went to go get a half dozen donut the lady boxed it up, I took it home to eat. I open the box and it’s full of ants crawling on the donuts and around the box I got a glazed maple and a coffee doughnut. Do not recommend

Definitely a greasy doughnut like others have voiced. My main gripe is the amount of sugar. It completely drowns out the icing flavor you're expecting to taste.

Donuts were greasy. Tasted as if cooked in old grease.

Small shop. Very friendly service. Island flavors seemed ok, but the dough was very oily. Almost $18 for half a dozen donuts.
