Crema's Take

Ruby's nails the New York bagel experience that locals crave, with properly chewy, substantial bagels that taste authentically crafted rather than doughy—though quality and service seem frustratingly inconsistent depending on when you visit. The shop thrives as a bustling breakfast destination where you can grab creative bagel sandwiches, smoothies, and full breakfast spreads in a family-friendly atmosphere that captures that busy NYC deli energy. Just know that popularity doesn't always translate to consistency here, and prices have climbed noticeably, so manage expectations accordingly.

Had a sun dried tomato bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie. Place was pretty busy, but the service was fast and top notch! Would definitely come back.

Will NEVER be going here again. Besides the fact that many of their menu items have actually doubled in price in 2 years, I spent $40 for 1 large drip coffee ( the outside was covered in some sticky mess), a medium cappuccino, a sausage egg and cheese and a ham and Swiss, both…
