Small shop, big heart! Baker and Commons went above and beyond. Kara even delivered the order herself. The presentation was beautiful, the food was fresh/delicious, and she was so kind + accomodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend supporting this gem! 💛

Very crowded for late lunch with a line out the door. We had called our order in so at least no need to wait in the line with my friend using a walker. The quiche is amazing and came with a salad. The latte served in a bowl was excellent too. Got a table outside to enjoy the sun. Inside was quite noisy.

i’ve been here on five occasions now and i highly recommend this cafe. it’s a cute neighborhood joint with delicious pastries and good drinks—what more is there to ask for? i highly recommend the early grey cake, the cardamom cake, the passion fruit tart, and of course the biscuit (both standard with butter and jam and the sandwich form).

Mostly enjoyable and a repeat experience for sure. Came in here on a busy Sunday afternoon for a coffee and a biscuit sandwich. The salted maple latte was excellent - full of flavor and not very sweet. They do serve it in a handleless cup, which is quirky and maybe takes a tad bit getting used to. The biscuit with egg bacon and cheese was very good. I think it’s one of the better ones in the East Bay for sure. The crowd and staff are both pleasant and amiable. Kid and pet friendly especially if you sit outside. Will come back here and try some of the other items If you have a sweet tooth, their baked goods look amazing and very fairly priced

It's a very local cozy neighborhood cafe with variety of great choices of coffee drinks and pastries/cakes. Great place for brunch and afternoon coffee. Check for soup of the day for sure. Service is normal cafe order-to-sit with great casual atmosphere with WiFi. Indoor and outdoor settings available. There is flat entry and wide inside and outside for navigation. Good for kids with high chairs and outdoor seating, seniors, groups, meetup and couples. There is free parking lot bring the cafe. Free and paid street parking spots available.
