I found this gem a little over a year ago and have been coming whenever i'm in spokane. The staff is literally amazing.It's like catching up with friends. The drinks are delicious and fun.Of course I have my favorites.I love how they do their seasonal menu making it so fun,and the drinks are so unique.

I started coming a couple of weeks ago after getting tired of my old spot, Not to go into it, but they were phoning it in. What a breath of fresh air, wonderful baristas that know how to make coffee, and are nice in an authentic way. I am a small business owner and I know finding the right people is hard but you guys have nailed it. Food is great, the menu has some awesome grab and go options. The drink menu is creative , Don’t get me wrong you can get a basic drink and it’s excellent, However, the menu has so many interesting options that you’re not going to find anywhere else. As far as service, I’ve been served a dozen times by three different barista‘s not only was my drink, consistent and delicious every time but all of them we’re friendly professional, and used my first name which I get is sitting on the Pos, but it still makes you feel like a regular and that they are making an effort to provide you good service. This is probably unique to me because I own a design firm, but all of their menus brand are on point. Everything looks very professional. I think this matters because if the business owner has pride in every aspect of the business, that means you’re getting the best possible product and experience. If the review looks rough, it’s because I was inspired enough to do this from my phone and use text to talk on my commute, hopefully that illustrates that Mandala is a great way to start your morning. Great job Team!

Love starting my day here. I live in the dishman mica community and the workers here always just feel like family, so friendly and nice. It’s so unique to be able to connect with people you buy coffee from. It’s great to have a relationship with people you support and supporting a business that wants to truly connect with people I run a company of my own and some days it’s truly stressful. These guys just start my day off and make it a littler easier. They also make great coffee.

This is our first time trying mandala chais’ drinks, treats and food. We ordered the ice sunrise match with oat milk, iced caramel mocha with oat milk, the OG croissant sandwich, and the bourbon bliss cookie. The food was worth the extra wait! The staff is super friendly and our order came out exactly how we asked. Altogether everything is AMAZING and a must try. We will definitely be back again soon 😊

Their drinks are all really pretty and their flavor combinations rock. I've never had an issue with anything I've gotten. It's a cute little shop with super kind employees. You should check out their Dubai Chocolate Matcha Latte
