Vespa Healthy Italian Café Sedona

Food was very good. I had the lasagna and my wife had the sausage and peppers. The lasagna was very tasty with an excellent tomato sauce. My wife said the sausage and peppers were very good. Our friends liked their pizza. Service was superb with friendly staff. The maître d' was engaging and fun. The atmosphere is fully Sicilian and added to a wonderful experience.

This is my new go to place! As a local, I love finding little places to bring friends and family to and Vespa takes my #1 spot. Not only is the food amazing, but the hospitality is spot on. I feel a warm welcome everytime I come here and you can tell that the owners really love what they do. When someone loves something it overflows onto their work and you can feel that love here. Thank you Vespa team for making such a wonderful time!

If I could give 10 stars I would still give 11!!! Do yourself a favor and stop by this place to have the best Italian food in Sedona (and maybe even in Arizona)! This is the place where my soul feels in heaven 🤩🤩 the food, the service and the atmosphere is AMAZING!!! When people ask me why do you come to Sedona - I always say for mountains, food and healing massages. So this place is another top notch place for food and superb hospitality!!! Aleks was super friendly and made me feel very welcoming. The owner is also very friendly and helpful when I was stopping by for my to-go order. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will miss this place and their food for sure.

Vespa is a MUST VISIT in Sedona! The appetizers, flat breads and deserts are AMAZING!!! Excellent Italian beers, too! We had the Burrata appetizer, and two delicious flat breads made with exceptionally healthy long-fermented focaccia dough. I added truffle oil to mine. Yum! For desert, a decaf Americano and cappuccino, paired with focaccia bread with chocolate hazelnut spread and fresh strawberries! Our server, Francesca, was a joy to work with, as was Emma! Would definitely eat here again, and again, and again!

It is rare that I even take the time to leave a restaurant review unless I am super disappointed and need to get the word out. In this case it was the opposite. We couldn't wait to get home and write one. Vespa is that good. We were planning to go to Gerardo's but it was packed and the wait was an hour. So we googled "Italian restaurants" and Vespa looked like a great option. It is located in an unassuming spot next to Whole foods. In fact, at first glance it looked almost like a takeout place but we went in anyhow. As soon as we walked inside we realized we found the jackpot. The staff, the lively ambience (nothing crazy but small, clean, modern, and cozy), and the smell from the kitchen (fresh, heavenly, but not overly garlic in nature) told us we found our new favorite restaurant in Sedona. Every dish we had was amazing. Salad, pizza, appetizers, dessert. Very reasonably priced and honestly better than many high dollar big city restaurants we have been to. And we are major foodies. As an added bonus, there is plenty of great parking right out front. We will definitely be coming back here on a regular basis for sure!
