Idea Coffee - Walden

Always up for a cute coffee shop on our travels. Decided to stop in and try the seasonal special latte with the sprinkles. It was closing soon so it was empty the employee was super friendly, both of the drinks ordered were very good. Will definitely stop again while in the area!!

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. For the one coffee, the size wasn’t advertised on the menu and there probably is a reason for that. It’s because it’s twice as small as the other cups. I would never buy it again. $5 for a cup this small is not worth it. It’s an average coffee. I didn’t get my money’s worth. I could’ve gotten a latte twice the same for less money. The coffee cake muffin is not worth $5 either. Kept falling apart. Overall, super disappointed because everyone hyped it up.

It's a nice little coffee shop. Decoration looks lovely and staff was friendly. Lots of options for beverage. Muffin and coffee tastes great.

Best coffee in Mechanicsburg! The West Shore has limited options for local coffeeshops. Idea Coffee is my favorite. It's perfect to stop in for a quick snack and drink, meet a friend to catch up, or sit for a couple hours and study. There are usually seats available to sit indoors and outdoors. They have a variety of espresso and drip coffee options available from local roaster Lonely Monk Coffee. They are consistent and very tasty every time. My go to is an iced vanilla latte, and they always nail it! It's conveniently located inside Walden, so you can go for a walk to explore, or get lunch next door at Sophia's. HomeSlice is on the next block for pizza and cheesesteak too!

This coffee shop is so good.. I love the atmosphere and the staff is so friendly. I love this place. I got a caramel macchiato and a maple cold cream coldbrew must have.
