I understand his works is important but to block a one way street is ridiculous. Over at the senior home....

They’ll stock the machine with expired food and drinks in hopes no one notices. Multiple people in the company found drinks up to 4months expired from the vending machine. AND they just restocked it.

Had a few issues with the vending machine. Steven was awesome and responded in superhero time.

Worked here as a relief driver briefly, and disheartening that i had to leave. But still see a truck here and there. I've ridden along with a huge majority of the drivers on thier routes. These guys are fast, thorough, and have their trade, routes and customers perfected. The company does truly care about each contract.. that's seems to be consistent from the drivers all the way up to ownership. if there is a customer concern at a specific stop, the drivers are typically able to handle the situation. (Rarely) If the issue is beyond the driver, or if it's a consistent concern, management does a good job resolving it on that side of the shop. Rarely do you find empty machines, if it's empty.. the number is easily accessible to fill that baby back up. Great communication support for custmers and employees. 99% chance they'll pick up mid first ring. Highly highly recommended for any vending, coins or gaming needs. Can't count how many times we would pass competitor machines that just seemed abandoned. Or with expired product (Which VendAlaska takes serious). Definitely a way more complex business than I'd ever imagine.. but they handle that remarkably well.

I have never in my life posted a review online until now. That is how abysmal the customer service of this organization is. Granted these are just candy bars and energy drinks we are talking about, but if they can't get that right...... Although our vending machines work occasionally, we have had nothing but problems with this organization thus far. The whole point of a vending machine is convenience and accessibility to the consumers at a location, this company offers neither. I have to call these folks about 4 times a week to tell them that the card reader isn't working, the cash slot is stealing people's money and not vending, or that the prices and items programmed into the machine are incorrect. I have asked repeatedly for the machines to be fixed. I will say that the re-stockers are very friendly and professional, and they send service technicians out immediately when called. However, the machine never works for more than 24 hours even after service. I have made it very clear that if they cannot fix these machines to PLEASE replace them as they are more of a pain than they are worth. The dispatchers clearly have no regard for customer complaints. Unfortunately this has been going on for well over a year since I have been here, and out of all the things to do during a work-day, refunding customers who were robbed by their machines is not at the top of my to-do list. Please choose another vending company, and save yourself a headache. These vending machines were clearly sent by Satan himself to ruin anyone's day who attempts to use one.
