Good morning, I'm currently at the Ema Surgical Center laboratory and I didn't like how they transport patients' blood and urine samples. A tall young man carried them in his hand instead of in a special container or a cooler, and what's most unhygienic is that he did it in front of people, in the waiting room. Please be professional.

My experience was bad. We needed help after the operation for the patient, and no nurse approached until we went to find someone. The liquid food was terrible; it was just water with bouillon cubes. They discharged my relative very late the next day without breakfast or anything.

My complaint is with the lab here. We went to get a Troponin test done on my father, who had had a heart attack, and the cardiologist referred him to this clinic for the test. The staff there told us they could have the results the same day, which was a lie. After we had already paid, they told us they would deliver them days later because they wouldn't be ready... clearly, it was a test that was valid the same day due to abnormal values ​​related to a HEART ATTACK. What value would it have if they delivered it 1.2 weeks later? Because of course, a week later we called again, and they still didn't have it! I absolutely don't recommend getting tests done here. The staff lacks the basic criteria to understand the importance of the tests they perform. It's a waste of money and time trying "new things." Fortunately, my father is stable at the moment, but it's a real shame to have gone through this place.

Excellent facilities, the staff are all incredibly friendly and explain everything clearly from the moment you arrive, and the nursing staff is very attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience. 100% recommended! 🙌🏻

The place was very clean, and the morning receptionist was very friendly and attentive; she explained everything very well. The only issue was that the nurses need more training and more patience with patients.
