Ginkgo Coffeehouse

Ginkgo Coffeehouse has been a well-loved staple near Hamline University for more than 30 years ☕✨ Every time I’m in the neighborhood, I make it a point to stop by. It adds a little “bohemian” charm to my otherwise typical suburban routine 🎨🌿 The coffee is consistently excellent, rich and satisfying, and they also offer a great selection of sandwiches and soups 🥪🍲 Most of the menu is very reasonably priced — often under $10 — which makes it even better 💵👍 My personal favorite is the curry chicken salad on whole wheat toast 🥗🍞 It’s flavorful, fresh, and always hits the spot. This place has character, comfort, and quality all wrapped into one cozy café experience ❤️

great decor/vibe. lots of seating and open late which makes it great for studying, the music was a touch loud however. Coffee and croissant were average.

Ginko has been a popular “fixture” near Hamline University for over 30 years. I have stopped there a number of times when I am in the area. It gives me a shot of “bohemian” in my standard suburban stomping grounds. They have great coffee, some great sandwiches, soups, and reasonably priced, mostly under $10. My personal favorite is their curry chicken salad on whole wheat toast…..

their croissant breakfast sandwich is my favorite item they have it’s so yummy and it’s always fresh and hot every time! the environment is also very comfy; great spot to hang out for a bit :)

Enjoyed this coffee shop in St Paul. It is so cute! It has a great feeling to it. Staff is friendly. Love the decor. Very surprised to find this coffee shop on Snelling Avenue. Will definitely be back. Pretty cool to have a talented piano player playing familiar tunes. (I actuallystayed a bit longer because the pianist was so good). My croissant was tasty and I enjoyed my Peach and Ginger Green Tea.
