Gimme! Coffee

It is kind of super over priced (especially the pastries) but the employees are awesome! They get swamped and there’s a little bit of a wait at peak students-in-Gates hours but they do an awesome job regardless.

A convenient location on campus for a coffee fix. Generally has long wait lines, especially after the lectures finish. The coffee isn't the best. The drip coffee tasted burnt 2/3 times, latte didn't taste that good for 6 dollars. Matcha was decent. Croissant lacked the layered pastry texture, being more dense and chewy rather than light and flaky. They have a wide range of gimme coffee beans, brewers, merch, and a selection of grab an go refrigerated drinks, yogurt cups, energy bars and chocolates. Unfortunately I feel the place is understaffed, and they need larger area to keep up with the demand. Most times I found the barista taking orders to be tired and overwhelmed. I hope they can improve the workspace and staff to deliver consistent and better quality.

Gimme always makes a great cappuccino uning their own perfectly roasted "leftist" beans blend. I walk a mile to one of their sites a couple of days per week to break up my workdays.

This is a good coffee shop but I wish they had sugar free flavors.

Always a solid spot on campus for some coffee. Wish they warmed up the cookie tho
