reconsider going here - my latte tasted like sawdust and my friend was given caf when he asked for decaf :(

When someone orders decaf, please give them decaf. Some people are so sensitive to caffeine, their day, and perhaps the next few, have a good chance of being destroyed. Its not just preference, its a legit medical issue :)

I have always loved FloCo. There are definitely individual baristas that make coffee better than others but I have never met a rude/unprofessional employee. That says a lot about the company they work for!

It's definitely hit or miss here. Probably they're having trouble getting good help like everyone else. The lady who served us was super uninterested. The Huckleberry smoothie tasted like crushed ice. My mocha taste d like burnt coffee from a gas station. We came back and said there was something wrong with the smoothie that it just tasted like water. She argued with me and said she had made it correctly. Not coming here again. $12 for 2 drinks that we dumped out.

These baristas do it right every. time. And they are always so kind. I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got my coffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in the form of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. Otherwise, Highly recommend.
