Visited this morning and was blown away. Monica was so welcoming and kind as I rolled in just after they opened. She told me about their coffee and the roasts, which they do in-house. She even asked my name and used it! When was the last time that happened to you?! Unmatched service in the cincy area and just a solid place to post up and do some work or catch up with friends. It was like going to a friends home for coffee!

I've been going to this coffee shop for 5 years, because their coffee and food are great. HOWEVER, I'm sick of the poor customer service. There have been many different baristas over the years, and only 3 of them have ever been nice to me. One barista was extremely rude to me for no reason. Most of them are snobby and act like I'm wasting their time, or I'm not cool enough to be there. If I order food in addition to a coffee, they consistently forget it. I stand there patiently, and they look at me like I'm a weirdo cuz I haven't left yet. "Hey, I ordered croissants." My croissants are cold. This happens even when they aren't busy. It shouldn't take 30-40 minutes to get a coffee and a croissant. I'm tired of being treated like an afterthought or a nuisance in an establishment that I've given thousands of dollars to. And I always tip.

My fiancée and I love this little spot! Their coffee is delicious, served hot and cold! I tend to be the type to stick with the same order, because what I know I will enjoy. However, many of their featured coffee recipes have encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try something new and I am never disappointed. The staff is always welcoming, kind and quick with service. The chocolate croissants some of the best I've had from a local coffee shop. The cafe is always clean and orderly, even at peak hours. It's always a pleasure to visit Sidewinder!

Very cute local coffee shop with a nice outdoor patio outback. I had the white chocolate macadamia nut latte and it was delicious (I asked for have sweetness). Staff were friendly and efficient. There is also local art for sale, which is nice. I would go back!
