Two not-incredibly-friendly teen girls worked the counter. Service was not great, but whatever. I only got coffees here. They were fine. They might do better with other items like food or smoothies, but it's the type of place that gets by with sub-par coffee drinks due to the lack of competition in the area. I generally prefer local, but a Starbucks is likely a better option in this case.
Sips moved to a new location! My whole family loves this place! This is my favorite coffee shop on LBK! Their coffee drinks are delicious. The açaí bowl and gf blueberry muffin are my favorite! I am excited to keep coming back!

Fantastic coffee. Ideal location on the island and across the street from a nice beach access. Grab a cup of coffee or smoothie and walk the beach. You can’t beat it!
Awesome new coffee shop right next door to Swim City on Longboat Key! This shop is family owned and has amazing customer service. Their coffee and food is 10 out of 10, highly recommend checking them out! Also, recommend checking out Swim City next door for all your swimwear needs and the beautiful beach access across the street
