Cartel Roasting

Tried the seasonal “Not Hot Toddy” and I was very intrigued and impressed. I’ve never had orange flavoring with my coffee and it pairs SO well with cold brew. **FYI you put your own lid on your drink

Better than expected after I picked up an oversteamed flat white, called out as a cappuccino (too foamy, too hot). Decent in a pinch but of my 3 flat whites in Scottsdale so far, this is my least favorite. 4 stars because it legit isn’t bad. Just nothing to write home about.

Really good cappuccino, which is the best way to judge a coffee shops quality. Not a big deal but still a ding is the barista could've acknowledged me instead of ignoring me until she was finished making a drink. A little pricey as well, but overall good coffee shop

The only coffee shop in the US that offered me soda water with my espresso... That was a good sign.. then he pressed the coffee in the machine the right way (nice and strong), and poured just the right amount for my double shot. Place is clean, good light music, friendly employee and most importantly - GREAT COFFEE ☕

It's one of the best cold-brew coffees I've tried. They roast their own coffee, and every cartel has great coffee. I'm glad to see this business grow and expand to other areas.
