Crema's Take
“Tucked into Cannon Beach, this café has earned a devoted following for its exceptional chai—so good that regulars make repeat visits just for it—and their matcha lattes, which lean toward the sweeter side and pair nicely with their bagels. While their food offerings are inconsistent (frozen pastries and occasional stockouts can disappoint), the friendly staff and reliable specialty drinks keep it feeling like a reliable local favorite worth stopping into when you're in town.”

Got an açai bowl. Was pretty good overall. Was hoping to get one of their sandwiches but they ran out which is disappointing as that seemed like the best value there.
All I drink is chai when I go to coffee shops, so you can consider me a chai connoisseur… :) They have the most amazing chai, my girls also love it! We had to go back for a second time. The chai is so smooth, you think it will get spicy and it doesn’t, it just continues on with deliciousness. I can’t have dairy, so I can never get powdered chai and this is a concentrate. My husband got an oat milk cortado and he said it was delicious. The service was really good as well. I also got an açaí bowl and it was good, but the açaí was frozen and hard to eat at first. So thankful to have found a coffee shop I can get my chai tea! I even got two bottles of the concentrate to go. The coffee shop was regular coffee shop. Nothing special. Also, they have outdoor undercover seating.
I’ve honestly had better breakfast at a motel 6. The bagel was fine, cream cheese was great. But the lattes were thin and tasteless. The worst was their ‘croissanwich,” made of a prepackaged tint croissant (which is what reminded me of the terrible motel 6 breakfast all those years ago), a rubbery microwaved egg circle, and a slice of what had to have been American cheese (in Oregon?). I ended up throwing all but one bite away. None of this is the fault of the very pleasant people who waited on us. They were great, but we will not be returning tomorrow.
This is one of my favorite cafes to stop at whenever I’m in Cannon Beach. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I love their bagels and they have my favorite Macha Lattes. They are on the sweeter side so if you’re not a fan of that you may not like it, but I always have to stop in and grab one in my way through! Not to mention the beach just behind it and lots of other small shops and restaurants to browse around at close by.
Not impressed. We came there because we couldn't find another decent place to have a coffee and pastry. Turns out we couldn't get pastry here either. They have these frozen scones and muffins that come in plastic wrappers, frozen, all the way from Seattle while we have some good local bakeries.
