Good Day DSM

We ordered custom macarons for our holiday gift for The Monroe and they came out soooooo cute! Anna was so lovely to work with! We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much for providing us with such yummy treats. 🙂

If you haven't visited Good Day DSM, you really should! I can't say enough about this delightful shop. The owners and their staff are always helpful and kind. But now, let's talk about their macarons and their specialty drinks. Both food and drinks are SO GOOD AND FLAVORFUL! I have not had one item that has disappointed. I especially love that they can create custom orders. I have designed custom macaron towers for my niece's bridal shower, baby shower and last minute birthday party favors. I'm a graphic designer and Anna was able to use my artwork files and place them directly onto the macarons. Anna was able to make that vision come to life every single order! Their flavors are amazing, but not overly rich or too sweet. The bite of the macaron is light and perfect! If you enjoy coffee the Vietnamese iced coffee is a winner and a must try. Chef's kiss. Yum! I can't recommend or thank Anna and Tristin enough for being around in the Ankeny community. If you're reading this, stop by. You won't regret finding this gem!

Best macarons in town and the drinks are excellent too. My daughters beg me to come here every week. For two years in a row I've ordered several dozen macarons for my daughter's birthday, and the owner is always so sweet and accommodating. The store's vibes are immaculate, the space is adorable and all the employees are incredibly helpful/friendly.

it is so cute in here! great music well, and all staff and owners are so sweet. lots of windows and light, good seating for studying and hanging out, and the coffee was great. i got the good day latte, their signature drink, and it was great. sweet, but not too sweet as somebody who doesn’t like when sweet drinks are sickly sweet. it was super creamy and the espresso is very good! i haven’t tried the macarons yet but am excited to! parking is right outside as well.

Absolutely delicious drinks. The environment is so cute and cheerful. They play an interesting lofi beats playlist which is nice and soothing, plus they have the open daylist, many spots to sit, and the nicest people working. I’d definitely recommend their matcha, as well as their Vietnamese coffee. In addition to their macaroons. This place is hand crafted from the ambiance to the drinks and food. Couldn’t give it high enough praises. Will definitely be coming back!
