Pinch of Salt Pastries & Coffee

Absolutely delicious. I was in town for a conference and saw they were a dedicated gluten free bakery- I had to try it! I got a variety of things including cinnamon rolls, the hotdogs in brioche buns (idk the name for them), a cake pop, pizza roll, and cookies. Every single thing was fantastic. They also offer a number of dairy free goods too. Their coffee is good but it takes a long time to be made and to walk out the door. Overall I would encourage anyone to stop by for a treat.

such a cute/ aesthetically pleasing shop we came in during a rush and it was definitely on the busier side. with it being busy we didn't find ourselves a place to sit i got the cinnamon honey latte and thought it was good but a little bit sour. my fiancée had their Raspberry Matcha, which he said was OK. my friend had the blueberry lemon loaf and rated it a 7/10 Prices were good. 👍🏽

Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and requested it to be gluten and dairy free (due to a number of guests having dietary restrictions). I was nervous about the taste but after visiting the shop and tasting some products I was pleasantly surprised. The cake was delicious and I had so many parents wanting to know where we got it from. Since moving here from Ireland, we have found a lot of the cakes/cupcakes too sweet. This was the perfect combination.

I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing birthday cake! When I found out I had to go gluten-free earlier this year, I honestly thought good desserts were a thing of the past. This cake completely exceeded my expectations. It was moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious — even my non-gluten-free friends couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. I’m so grateful to have found a bakery that makes gluten-free treats this good. I’ll definitely be back!

Pumpkin bread devoured. It tasted super great and then you taste the “pinch of salt”. Fantastic. Definitely worth a try. We also ordered the banana bread latte with true to what the staff says, is not very sweet. It has a nice banana bread aroma but overall not very banana forward. Very enjoyable! Would love to order here again
