As a prior restaurant owner in Seattle we were one of Starbucks first customers, they had good coffee in th 70s , then it was sbc coffee, but as always as they grew quality suffered. Thomas hammer coffee is one of the best. Only coffee I drink

Company I work for orders drinks for us from a few places and Thomas Hammer is in the rotation. I've tried so many times to order something and every time it is undrinkable, I end up pouring it out to save the ice for something else. The tea is always burnt and bitter and tastes like licking a cigarette butt, and they don't add even close to enough sweetener to make up for the bitterness at all. The coffee is mediocre, and just today they messed up my order again. Cold brew with heavy cream and 2 pumps sugar free vanilla. Not hard. It probably had 6 pumps syrup, it was SO SWEET, I couldn't stand it, and if something is messed up on my order, I don't trust that they got anything right, so I just assumed it probably wasn't sugar free either and gave it to a coworker. He said it tasted awful as well, though he thought it was bitter. Not once have I gotten a beverage that was good, and I've tried at least half a dozen times. I'll just get ice water from now on. That's the only thing they don't screw up.

Cute place to come out and enjoy a cup of coffee. Great service and AMAZING coffee.
