Fast Cat Coffee

Cool place with a vintage motorcycle and old Euro car theme. Coffee is excellent. Pastries were pretty good too. Staff is friendly and fast.

I really wanted to love this spot. I’ve been trying to explore more local coffee shops near me, and this place had such high ratings that I figured it had to be a gem. I ordered an iced latte, and unfortunately it just didn’t hit. The espresso tasted burnt, which gave the whole drink a bitter, almost ashy aftertaste. I kept hoping it would mellow out as the ice melted, but it never really recovered. For a coffee-forward place, that was a bit of a letdown. On the food side, I also tried the hot chick grilled cheese. That one actually surprised me in a good way. The chicken itself was a little bland on its own, but the added spice and flavor in the sandwich balanced it out nicely. It was warm, comforting, and definitely the highlight of my visit. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing particularly stood out, but it was a comfortable space to sit and chat or get some work done. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come back specifically for the coffee, but I’d consider returning to try another grilled cheese from the menu. If you’re going for food, it might be worth a stop.

Amazing vibes in this coffee shop! Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and the customers seemed happy too, I got the sense this is a beloved local spot. For coffee I was recommended the chocolate covered strawberry for those with a sweet tooth--delicious flavor! The coffee itself isn't the best I ever had but I am a sucker for fun flavors so I'm happy. The grilled cheese is awesome, they perfectly nailed all the textures. The pressed fully toasted outer crust, eggs are just right, not overwhelmed with cheese, sourdough sturdy enough to hold it together but still soft inside, just spot on. I'm inspired to improve my grilled cheese skills at home. Will be back next time I'm in the area to try more coffee flavors, pastries, and that soup.

The sandwich is simply perfect, perfectly cooked, with creamy scrambled eggs and crispy bread. The coffee is always amazing, and I highly recommend the Midtown Morning sandwich and Dark Mocha. My husband and I frequent this cafe regularly and highly recommend it because it's incredible—you have to try it!

I’ve been here once after wanting to try a new coffee shop and not realizing this gem was near me! This is a cafe and a grilled cheese shop rolled into one that serves delicious food and drinks! The restaurant is beautiful inside, lots of seating and natural light pouring in, really friendly staff, and a large menu to look through. I came for brunch by myself and got the Midtown Morning sandwich and the Bugatti breve latte. Both were great, the latte was warm and flavorful. The sandwich was super filling and amazing. Perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and was great with hot sauce. I ended up eating half and taking half home it was a great size! I always think about this place and have to come back to try some more items!
