Mintish Coffee House

I have not been let down a single time with this cafe. Truly a 10/10, will continue to visit. Had the Tahine latte, Pistachio latte (hot), halloumi sandwich, hummus toast, and konafa cheesecake. The cheesecake was amazing- they use the traditional flavor of citrus in a thin layer beneath the konafa giving it a lovely complex flavor. Lattes were great and made very well, I could tell the baristas are well trained. Both of our food items were amazing. Halloumi sandwich was simple yet delightful (I inhaled that sandwich in like five minutes which is VERY speedy for me). We were supposed to share but it was so good that by the time I realized, it was already too late. Vibes are always great- service is prompt and very friendly. The staff is pleasantly chatty and always greets with a smile. The only problem (but not really) with this place is that there’s always a line out the door- so come with time to linger! That’s the best way to appreciate a coffee anyway.

Highly impressed! It’s going to be one of my new favorite coffee spots! The cakes were moist and flavorful, the latte is creamy and delicious. It’s tucked away in a quiet part of Capitol Hill neighborhood so it’s quite comforting to sit by the window, sip your coffee, and enjoy some wonderful dessert. I definitely want to try their savory menu next time I visit.

The Drinks were absolutely AMAZING and the service was even better. This beautiful Palestinian owned business is ran by some incredible owners and employees. Their hospitality was incredible and the vibe was a 10/10. We tried the Pistachio latte, Levantine latte and got two items off their food menu as well! Every thing tasted great, and the drinks and food were made surprisingly very quick! Will definitely be back, and will be bringing friends to this cafe. HIGHLY recommend!

Can’t recommend this coffee shop enough. From the service, to the quality and the flavors, everything is above and beyond. All their drinks are exceptional but my fav is the chai and pistachio latte. I took my friend as well and she said it’s the best chai in the city. All their sandwiches are delicious, especially the roast beef sandwich (all their toppings are so delicious and flavorful) and the Zataar grilled cheese - simple but oh so good!! Also, the owners are exceptional people who work hard for their customers and never compromise on quality. This has easily become our most favorite coffee shop in the city.

AWESOMEEEE! the entire experience was so perfect. Amazing service - they're all SO nice. Coffee and food super yummy. A great area to work for a few hours with my small team. Haloumi sandwich was TOP tier - so so good. Levantine coffee could be stronger flavored! But pistachio and Damascus lattes were perfect. Colleague had the date croissant and loved it. Avocado toast was fresh and tasty - more avocado would be nice for the price! Mintish cake was a sweet way to close out. We decided to do as many of our team meetings here as possible. Perfect vibes and good 💕💕💕💕
