We love to come to Jimmy P's for a quick lunch + pick up some meat to take home. The food is always fantastic and so is the service. It's a fun environment with a lot to look at while you eat (keeps our kid entertained). The meat cases, cut diagrams for beef and pork, and the hustle and bustle of a REAL butcher shop.

Huge shoutout to Eddy at Jimmy P’s. They had just run out of ground chuck while I was picking up food for our family Christmas meal, and Eddy went above and beyond by giving up some of his own personal ground chuck so I could still get my full order. He insisted. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. Truly appreciated — Jimmy P’s has earned a customer for life.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jimmy P’s Butcher Shop – An Absolute Must-Visit! I stopped in on a whim and ended up having one of the best meals of my life: the Wagyu beef brisket sandwich. Holy cow (literally). The meat was insanely tender, with that rich, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu marbling, perfectly smoked and layered with just the right amount of bark. The flavor was deep, smoky, and beefy in a way that cheap brisket can only dream of being. The bread was fresh and sturdy enough to hold all that glorious juice without falling apart, and whatever house sauce they use tied it all together perfectly. I’m still thinking about it days later. Beyond the food (which is already worth the trip), the vibe at Jimmy P’s is exactly what you want from a butcher shop/counter spot. Everyone working there is genuinely friendly – no fake “hey how’s it goin’” nonsense, just real people who clearly love what they do. The place feels warm and welcoming the second you walk in, like you’re popping into a friend’s backyard BBQ instead of a business. Whether you’re grabbing a sandwich, stocking the freezer with their gorgeous cuts, or just want to treat yourself to something ridiculous, Jimmy P’s delivers on every level. Unsual lunch pit spot turned into an impressive lunch. After returning from Tokyo everything Wagyu interest me and Jimmy P's did not dissapoint. Wonderful friendly service, impressive selections & even more incredible taste. Best Sausage, Ceasars Salad Dressing & Horse Radish. The Wagyu was Delicious!

If I lived in town, I would be here once a week. Homemade potato salad is delicious! Mac & cheese, check! Smash burger built perfectly. Brisket sandwich packed with tender flavor. Top all of that off with excellent service!
