Crema's Take

This bustling Orlando spot strikes a lovely balance between quick-grab convenience and a welcoming atmosphere for lingering over coffee and conversation, with genuinely excellent espresso drinks and cooked-to-order breakfast that arrives hot and fresh when the kitchen is humming. The real standout is the warm, personable staff who actually listen to dietary needs and offer thoughtful recommendations, making even a counter-service experience feel genuinely cared for. Just manage your expectations on timing during peak hours and remember it's more casual cafeteria-style than full table service, but the quality of both the coffee and food makes it worth the wait.

The food was good and warm came out quickly. Cooked to order. Coffee was excellent The only thing I didn't really care for was the biscuit. But everyone has their own tastes. They took my food allergy very seriously and made sure there was no cross-contamination Very impressed would definitely recommend Bonuts were delicious and candied, bacon is almost addictive. We will definitely be back

Wonderful staff and high quality food. Adriana took our order and was very friendly, personable, and gave us great recommendations. I got the power bowl and it was so delicious. The little cinnamon biscuit bites were dangerously good too. The owner was there that day and gave us some background story and chatted with us which was very cool. Overall just a great experience.

We started in line about 20 minutes, no problem. Ordered or food a waited about 20 minutes. When the food came out it was barely warm, which tells me our food was sitting a while. I was disappointed to be eating cold food. The cheese on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was not melted. Even the waffles were lukewarm warm. Terrible for a place that serves breakfast. Coffee was hot, Carmel machiotto was okay.

This is not a sit down type of restaurant. It's like a fast food place. You go to counter, order, get food, then move your dirty dishes and trash yourself. I'm honestly shocked this place is rated so high. We love the area and have been wanting to check them out. What we ordered (for $37): Smashbrowns Biscuits and gravy Maple vanilla latte Five and dime The best parts of all of those was the chicken and egg. The Biscuits and gravy were ice cold and stale. The coffee wasn't strong enough to be labeled as a latte imo. The smash browns were still raw in the center. Nothing came out warm. The cashier had an attitude. There was plenty of seating for 9am on a Sunday. We will not be coming back.

Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 First time trying Maple Street Biscuit at this location and while the food was good, the wait time on my order wasn’t great. We ordered two plates (Five and Dime and the Retro Plate) and before we knew it, we had waited 40 minutes and watched nearly every table that came in after us get their food. Half of our table placed an order with a separate number and they got their food before we did, despite ordering after us. I finally asked the server if he could check on the food and it still took about 10 minutes to get it out again. Our server was apologetic kind enough to give us a free plate of biscuits and I appreciate the gesture. I’m hoping this was something that doesn’t happen often, perhaps just bad timing that day.
