One Bite Cafe - Federal Way

I had my order delivered because I couldn't leave the house. I ordered the matcha green tea latte, Truffle choco latte, lotus biscoff cheesecake and the gluten free, peanut free, rice free, chocolate pistachio cake. The matcha latte is delicious, has a good balance between sweet/bitter. The matcha tastes clean (not at all grassy) and the milk is sweet. You have the option to make it sweeter or less sweet but I wanted to try it the original way it was made and I was not disappointed. The Truffle latte was more on the sweeter side but that's to be expected. It has a smooth chocolate flavor with afterhints of espresso. Overall it is also excellent. The lotus biscoff cheesecake was exactly what you would expect, a creamy white cheesecake with bits of biscoff baked in, the crust is crumbly but not dry and the cookie on top ties it all together. It's not sickly sweet like most cheesecakes and you can truly enjoy the whole thing without getting sugared out. Based on the packaging im not sure if they make the gluten free cake in house but I would guess that they don't. The quality shift I tasted was night and day. It has a overly sweet frosting top that overpowers the pistachio flavor and the chocolate cake on the bottom is very airy but dry to the bone. I wanted to try a gluten free option but I wouldn't suggest trying it unless you just want something sugary and unsatisfying. I will say it is very hard to cut out most key ingredients in baking and still have a cake that is spectacular however I have had a better gluten free cake and wouldn't try this again. I only ate two small bites of it before tossing it away and washing the taste out with my delicious matcha latte. I definitely would love to go in person and try some of their other treats in the future. Good find.

I went to One Bite Café in Federal Way with my co-workers and we had a great time! The place is friendly and amazing — perfect for a casual bite with good company. I’ll definitely go again. 5 out of 5 stars!

I'm so glad to have finally visited One Bite Cafe!😊 There is seriously, a very welcoming and relaxing vibe within this location. The eye-catching presentations of food options as well as the plethora of unique drink options, make me want to stop by frequently. It's also great to know that there are other locations within Washington State, which means I'm not limited to one location when I'm craving their croffles. If you try anything; try the croffles.😋 Honestly, I don't think you'll go wrong with any of the flavors offered for the croffles. Also, extra kudos to the friendly, helpful, and respectful staff of the Federal Way location.👍🏽🙂

This place is amazing! The croffles are not only visually pleasing but also taste really good. The cafe has a cozy vibe, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I’d definitely visit again to try more of their flavors!

I came for boba but was told machine was broken, so ended up with Banana Latte. I love the combo of banana milk + coffee, bur didn't care for the coffee here. The variety of crowaffles and cakes looked delicious. Also to-go gluten free baked goods available
