Crema's Take

Tucked into a Pembroke Pines shopping center, Josefina's Coffee House punches well above its unassuming size with expertly crafted iced lattes, an impressive rotating pastry selection, and a genuinely welcoming bilingual staff that makes everyone feel at home. The space strikes that perfect balance between quiet enough for focused work and warm enough for lingering conversations, whether you're stopping by solo or bringing a group of ten hungry cyclists. It's the kind of neighborhood gem where the details matter—from the color of your coffee to the creaminess of their avocado toast—and where you'll find locals coming back again and again.

Did a quick pop in to Josefina’s Coffee House for an iced coffee. After a little indecisiveness, because options, I kept it simple with an iced latte. First impression? The color was on point. You know that perfect creamy coffee shade that just looks right? That. They’ve got a solid variety of pastries, empanadas, miga sandwiches, brownies, cold-pressed juices and I’m pretty sure I spotted beer out of the corner of my eye. Coffee now, cerveza later? Respect. I didn’t get to experience it this time, but they also have live music, which definitely upgrades the vibe. The latte itself was good, smooth, and easy to drink. Next time I’ll ask for heavy ice because it melted pretty quickly, but that’s an easy fix. Hear me out- Paper straws. Yes, yes, save the turtles. I love the animals. I support the mission. But paper straws have absolutely no business being in my iced coffee! By minute three it was giving soggy regret. I had to swap it out with one I had laying in my car. So here’s the pro tip: BYOS Bring Your Own Straw and ask for more ice. Would I go back? Yes. Just better prepared. BFHR @brutallyfcknhonestreviews

Josefina Coffee House is an excellent spot to relax with a great cup of coffee, enjoy lunch, or treat yourself to pastries. The coffee is outstanding, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, often with live music that makes the experience even better. There’s a great variety of Argentine options, including medialunas, alfajores, and classic Argentine candies that are hard to find elsewhere. Everything pairs perfectly with their delicious coffee. A great place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy quality food and music.

This little hole in the wall of a shopping center is well worth a visit. A seemingly little pastry case keeps on giving and, there are several. Fairly quiet, Bilingual, clean and tidy (neat as a pin). Line music musy be an evening thing, as we were there about 9 a.m., and it was past their rush hour. Beautifuk offerings. The Empenadas have their pertinent ingredients stamped in the crimp. Many may have eggs inside. I went for an insanely beautiful Pistachio Croissant, which had a rich creme inside. The flavors were celestial. Laid back atmosphere, seriousky over delivers on baking skills and variety.

Cozy cafe place. I tried the avocado toast with egg and had cream cheese, was delicious. The latte was really good. Comfortable areas to seat. Staff very welcoming, we had an event here with radio station 107.5 and everyone was very happy with everything. Thank you

When 10 of us arrived on our bicycles the solo employee looked a little panicked at first but she got right to work taking our orders and getting our drinks and food out. She was awesome. Then Josefina herself arrived, jumped right in to help and shared a little bit about the spot, the food and the rebranding. Coffee was great. The food was great. Pastries and empanadas were the bomb! It's a great space. Welcoming and they have live music - not me 😂😂😜. A definite coffee spot addition to the list for the #CafecitoAdventures crew.
