Crema's Take

Lost Coffee pulls off that rare feat of being both a serious specialty spot and a genuinely welcoming neighborhood hangout, with cappuccinos that Denver coffee nerds genuinely debate over. The fact that it's housed in a converted gas station with sprawling dog-friendly patios and a consistently excellent vibe makes it feel less like a third place and more like a friend's place that just happens to serve exceptional coffee. If you want craft drinks without pretension and a crowd that's actually nice to each other, this is worth the drive.

What to expect

Specialty coffee, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, quick-grab, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast on the menu. Dog friendly. Family friendly. Parking available.

I really love this place. It has arguably the best cappuccino in Denver in my opinion. The fact that it is an old gas station is just cool. People are super nice and the indoor and outdoor seating is simple and nice. Unexpected.

Small local chain and with quick service. They have some fun specialty drinks without an overwhelming menu. Fun atmosphere in a bright space situated in an old gas station building. They also offer some pastries and bonfire burritos.

Cute little coffee shop not far from downtown Littleton. Their pumpkin spice latte is made with pumpkin puree and condensed milk and it's really tasty. (Though if you drink it too slow, it likes to settle in the bottom). They serve Rebel pastries and fireside burritos. They…
