Panini's
1825 Redondo Ave, Signal Hill, CA
Crema's Take
“This is a sandwich shop masquerading as a coffee spot, but it does both well enough to justify a visit if you're in Signal Hill—the paninis are pressed with genuinely fresh ingredients and the bread hits different, while the tomato basil soup and grilled cheese prove they're serious about more than just the main event. The staff moves at a deliberate pace and remembers regulars, which means you're signing up for a proper sit rather than a quick caffeine grab, but that's the whole point here.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Light food on the menu. Family friendly.

I was in desperate need of a grilled cheese sandwich & randomly stumbled across paninis! The woman at the register was so sweet & patient! I needed a minute because their menu has a vast variety! I ordered a grilled cheese that came with a soup option & it was my lucky day! Soup…
Small sandwich place that makes really good Paninis. The bread and meats were fresh. This is the roast beef and comes with chips for about $14.
Been coming here for over a year now, food is amazing
Delicious sandwiches! The tomato basil soup was excellent, and the grilled cheese was amazingly cheesy. Even the chips were perfectly crunchy and tasty. Highly recommend!
I tried the Italian Combo and it was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and made just right. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be coming back!
