Crema's Take
“Troll House Cottage is a whimsical neighborhood gem where the cozy, character-filled atmosphere rivals the quality of the coffee and food itself—think House Roast paired with inventive seasonal offerings like peach preserves bacon grilled cheese, all at prices that won't break the bank. The owner Damon and his team create the kind of place where you'll want to linger over Earl Grey and a croissant, browse local gifts between sips, and genuinely consider coming back the very next day just because the whole vibe felt that special.”

What a comfy cozy little place. I had the breakfast sandwich on a croissant and earl grey tea with honey and cream and it was so delicious and very very well priced. All of the sundries and locally made foods for sale were good too! I also purchased locally made spaghetti sauce from Gina’s Italians Cuisine and it was delicious! The lemon loaf was to die for. Some of the sundry items had me laughing out loud too. Love this place. I will be returning frequently.
This is an adorable little spot with so much character! I had a training near here, and I enjoyed my first lunch so much that I came back the next day. It’s full of little gifts you can grab for special occasions or just for someone you’re thinking of. I got the chicken salad sandwich both days and the Ezekiel bread was perfect both days. I would add that there is free pairing, but the lot is somewhat small imo.
Such a LOVELY shop! I had a delicious cup of the House Roast, and my group and I enjoyed shopping and chatting with Damon. He is a very kind and personable soul! I hope to make it back next time I’m in town.
I hate the even leave a review, the place was so beautiful and whimsical. We got there around 3 and the girl at the front told us that the kitchen was closed. Totally fine! We should have done more research! We asked how the tea was served and she told us “in fine china” and we got a few pastries. Finally the tea came out in plastic cups with lids. And the cookies and baked good came out in a to go box. We were so upset. We could have done that at home. We thought this was a cozy tea spot. When I asked the server what happened to the “fine china” she laughed and walked away.
Delicious breakfast and lunch with High Garden teas and coffee options. Definitely going to come back soon. I ordered the seasonal coffee, peach please bacon grilled cheese with peach preserves and the breakfast bread pudding. Shop the back of the café while waiting for your meal or sit up front and enjoy the eclectic decor.
