On The Grind

Had 8 punches on my car was about to get to 10 today. Then all of a sudden my punches are not valid because its switched to a mobile app. What a racket. Never ever going here again. I can say I've probably filled up a dozen punches cards in the last 2 years. To boot my coffee was awful. Figured it was a matter of time before they grew too big and sacrificed quality and customer service.

On Sat, Jan 17, 2026 at 630 am, I asked for a large iced latte' and the girl making the drink filled the entire cup with ice. I noticed and asked the girl to please use less ice and guess what she did....she simply took my latte and poured some out into the sink then handed it to me. WOW.....NEVER GOIN BACK TO THAT RUDENESS.

Most counter productive thing I’ve seen at a coffee shop . “Stay in your car please , walk up orders taken last “ and this would be why the world and this town in particular thinks they are of some higher realm ! Usually folks that get down are taken care of because they aren’t lazy !! Save your efforts and go to one of the other 7 least they are cordial…..

I've been getting my afternoon coffee from this location for a few years now. The coffee has always been delicious, the service very friendly, and the wait never very long. Only good things to say about my experience each and every time!

Me and my pup come here weekly for amazing iced lattes and pup cups! Prices are reasonable and I always feel like my coffee is worth it! They have a punch card system to earn free drinks, and they give out free pup cups!! The staff is always so friendly whether I’m coming at 5am when they first open or at 9am in the middle of their rush. I love OTG!
