Crema's Take

The Turkish Eggs here are worth planning a special trip for—diners rave about them obsessively, and the kitchen clearly takes the same care with breakfast that they do with their seasonal, house-made syrups and impeccable espresso drinks. The vibe is polished and Instagram-worthy without feeling pretentious, with plenty of outdoor seating that makes it a natural gathering spot for the New Paltz crowd, whether you're stopping by on a bike ride or settling in to work for hours.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Parking available.

Great place right off the bike/trail in New Paltz. Shared an avocado toast (Meyer lemon puree made this the best toast I’ve had since whoever invented avocado toast) and double espresso and latte. Open and bright yet small enough to be cozy. Lots of bicyclists and runners too.

What a cute cafe! They had some of the most delicious lattes and baked goods I’ve had! Their sesame latte is so tasty as was their granola yogurt bowl! Their croissant was so flakey and delicious. An absolute must visit when you’re in New Paltz!

Great atmosphere, and delicious food / drinks. Genuinely one of the prettiest places in town, and I would recommend Dry Fly to almost anyone. This is definitely not for younger people or picky eaters, as it kind of seems like the menu is full of only the top tier, more “mature”…
