One of my favorite spots in Pasadena. I come here often and the food is always fresh and consistent. Pedro and the crew are excellent — friendly, hardworking, and they always take good care of customers. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

Great spot for breakfast. The huevos rancheros were delicious and my family loved the pancakes. I also appreciate that they come around and keep your coffee topped off. The staff is always welcoming when we visit, and Pedro is especially courteous.

I’ve been coming to Tom’s Famous Family Restaurant in Pasadena for a very long time, and it continues to be one of those rare places that never disappoints. And of course, there’s always someone making the rounds with the timeless question: “More coffee?” - your cup barely gets a chance to rest. The scrambled eggs were light, well-seasoned, and cooked to a tender texture rather than dry or rubbery. Paired with a steaming cup of hot coffee that was rich and aromatic, the whole meal came together with a satisfying harmony of flavors.
