Clouffee & Tea

This place is a gimmick. I walked by and saw the robot and the sign pictured and stood in line to order two coffees. There was a group in front of us and their drinks were made first. The robot didn’t make their drinks and they asked the staff why. They were informed it didn’t make coffee but it says it does on the sign. Our drinks were also not made with the robot as advertised and they were awful. The cold brews were horribly bitter and we threw them away and went to Coffee Bean instead. We were very disappointed!

I have never had such terrible taste jasmine milk tea before. Doesn’t taste like jasmine at all. Like water. Terrible……The mango sago there’s even not much mango inside, filled with cheap taste mango pudding which doesn’t taste like mango as well. Strawberry milk was ok. Cream brûlée milk tea is good. The robot making milk tea looks fancy. Everything else is terrible. Their food is not edible, we threw away after taking a sip. This is the first time the taste made me upside. I could just throw away $31 than trying these terrible things.

They have so many fancy drinks but I just go an espresso. It was cheap and amazing. Fast service. Easy parking right in front. I am obsessed w their robot ADAM, and so is everyone else. Everyone was taking pics and video of the robot, “ADAM!” I thought that was very cool. Amazing place

Disappointed with their Matcha Strawberry Milktea. The matcha flavor is missing, its all milk and strawberry syrup. Despite mixing the drink as instructed, did not help with the flavor at all. The robot was cool though. The service is good. The place is aesthetically nice.

Well the robot is definitely a reason to visit but the boba here is not good if you know boba. The young lady provided excellent service so if you’re in the area, come visit and check out the robot.
